Your Life

Scripture places a high calling on those serving in a leadership role.

I am committed to a personal relationship with God. I spend time with God daily as an expression of this commitment.
I am committed to a godly lifestyle. Please read each expectation below and ask for clarification if needed. (Ephesians 4:17-5:8)

I will uphold biblical conflict resolution and commit to work in harmony with others.: -Philippians 2:3-4 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.; -Ephesians 4:2-3 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
I will walk in the fruit of the Spirit as I lead people, looking to their best interest and encouraging their growth in relationship with God.: -Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
I will pursue a life of purity and righteousness in all areas of my life.: -Matthew 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.; -1 Timothy 6:11 But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.
